Tonya Lewis Taylor Presents ‘Be You Not Her’ Women’s History Month Power Event:
It’s Women’s History Month! Entertainers for Education Alliance – I WILL GRADUATE Program and our Executive Director, Tonya Lewis Taylor is pleased to present “Be You Not Her: ” A Women Empowerment Event! Friday, March 31, 2023, BKLYN Commons 495 Flatbush Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11225.
The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.. Doors open at 5:00 p.m.
For one evening, we will gather in a room full of powerful and influential women to engage in conversation centered around becoming fearless as professional women. It will be an evening for mingling and networking with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres to wet the appetite!
Panelist Include: Tammy Pate (NYC Department of Education Superintendent), Jennifer Coreano (Love & Hip Hop Cast Member), Rushell White (NYC Department of Education Deputy Superintendent), Alicka Ampry Samuels (HUD Regional Administrator), Skip Dillard (Brand Manager of the New 94.7 The Block), Rosemarie Sinclear (Executive Vice President of Council of Supervisors and Administrators), Anita Wells (Entrepreneur & Educator), Darma Diaz (Associate Commissioner of Department of Homeless Services), At Mitchell(Founder of Man Up NYC Gun Czar), Chanel Wright(CEO of Lizzy Chanel Cosmetics & Ms. Harlem Shake), Dee Bailey (Founder of Watchful Eye Recipient of the “Be You Not Her” Lifetime Achievement Award). Spotlight moments will come from elected officials to include: Rita Joseph (NYC Council for District 40), Farah Louis (NYC Council for District 45), Brian Cunningham (New York State Representative for District 43), Yvette Clark (New York State Representative for District 9), Zellnior Myrie (NY State Senator), Stefani Zinerman (New York State Representative for District 56).
We’re inviting all women to come from the community to fellowship and be inspired by powerful women who will be speaking on panels for the evening. Tonya Lewis Taylor will be moderating the panel
