This workshop is not your average back to school seminar… we cover topics that elevate and escalate your performance by addressing the rare, the relevant, and the elephant.

Tips for Teachers to Strategize, Organize & Optimize Your Academic Year for Success!

Starting with our classrooms.. we will envision an environment designed specifically to increase efficiency, time, and academic success…(including tips on how to do that when money is tight, or when in need of accounting for “shared space”)…

We will build the blueprint for success, including but not limited to:

  • Strategies to Engage Parents
  • Classroom Themes
  • Evaluation Tools & Texts for Teachers
  • Learning through Libraries & Centers
  • Curriculum & Creative Interventions
  • Motivators & Curiosity Builders
  • Homework Hooks & Lots of Books
  • Professional Development and Performance Reviews
  • Capitalizing on Conferences (utilizing the PTC/PTA Meetings effectively)
  • Supply Side: Building Our Classroom Inventories…
  • Field Trips…& More

Attendees will learn new ideas and strategies from the facilitator, but also be able to share their own! A special space to take inventory of all that you know, compile what you learned along the way*, and collect new techniques from the workshop facilitator and every other education professional in the room.

*(classes, clinical experiences, past academic years, trainings, texts, websites, coaches, etc.)

By the end of the session, you will have your own Teacher Textbook to use in your classroom, to train others, and to share with school/district leaders during your evaluations.

Similar, but different from other School Start-Up Workshops’ – this seminar you will walk in wearing your teacher hat… and leave ready to train others.

A great workshop for those seeking a promotion in the near future. We take elevating educators seriously in our roles! (See Elevating Educators text too!)

Facilitator is a former educator, who also worked on several human capital development projects in the education industry within districts and universities. She is known to work on projects that support aspiring teachers in their career development and veteran teachers on supporting early career educators. She also has been involved in organizing and planning district and school leader professional development projects, as well as taught adults in Master’s degree programs.

If you can not make our event, we work with teachers one-on-one and in small groups. Contact us at https://calendly.com/elevatingeducators.
