The 28th Annual Covert Avenue Street Fair

THE BLOCK PARTY OF ALL BLOCK PARTIES IS BACK! The 28th Annual Covert Avenue Chamber of Commerce Street Fair returns on Saturday, October 4, to — where else?! — Covert Avenue with all its “downtown family fun!”

This giant kickoff to the fall season will feature:

• OUR GIANT CRAFT & VENDOR BAZAAR! Shop from dozens of artisans & vendors displaying their one-of-a-kind wares, including handcrafted wooden decor, handmade jewelry, soaps & lotions, women’s clothing, hair bows, pickles, honey, homebaked goods, and much, much more!

• OUR GIANT FOODIE FEST® FOOD TRUCK RALLY! Empanadas, Greek, Chicken & Waffles, Cuban, Vietnamese,… and TAPVILLE, the mobile tavern! Brought to you by FOODIE FEST PRODUCTIONS, Long Island’s leader in pop-up food truck events.

• OUR MAGNIFICENT KIDS FUNZONE! Huge inflatable slides, bounce houses and obstacle courses, PLUS our Towering Rock Wall, and more!!!

• FACE PAINTING by Jeannie Pendergrass

• OUR ALL-DAY DEEJAY!!!

The fun gets started at 11 AM and runs through to 5 PM. Admission is free.

The rain date for this event is Saturday, October 18.
