Summer Kickoff! Bubbles the Silly Entertainer

This program will take place in person at the Charleston Library.

Bubbles will have you and your entire family singing, dancing, moving and grooving with her silly antics. Everyone will also walk away with simple facepainting and balloon twists for some extra fun…..
