Seeing Music Live

Seeing Music Live is an in-person exhibition presented by the New York Artists Circle, exploring the connection between visual art and sound. Curated by Yvonne Lamar-Rogers and Cheryl Aden, the show features works inspired by music that moves, grounds, or transforms—music that shapes memory, mood, and creative process. Artists respond to rhythm, harmony, repetition, and improvisation, translating sound into visual form. Originally launched online, this in-person exhibition invites viewers to experience the ways in which art can echo the emotional force of music—offering a rich, sensory experience that resonates beyond the gallery walls.
