REAL SIMPLE Home Tours

For our eighth annual REAL SIMPLE Home, we’re doubling the inspiration with two stunning spaces! Six top designers will transform a four-bedroom penthouse into our dream NYC home (hello, floor-to-ceiling windows!), while three DIY pros revamp a two-bedroom apartment with smart, stylish projects. Both are located in the brand-new One Park Row in Lower Manhattan—and packed with brilliant decor ideas, beautiful paint colors, and clever storage solutions. A portion of proceeds will go towards benefitting Win, a local non-profit providing shelter and essential services to help families break the cycle of homelessness.
