NY State Cannabis Control Board Meeting

  The New York State Cannabis Control Board will hold a public meeting of the Board at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 3 at Medgar Evers College 1638 Bedford Ave. 2nd Floor Dining Room Brooklyn, NY 11225 and via real-time live streaming. http://totalwebcasting.com/live/nysocm

Board Member Adam W. Perry will be joining via live stream from 181 Ellicott St. Buffalo, NY 14203 and Board Member. Jennifer Gilbert Jenkins will be joining via live stream from SUNY Morrisville 80 Eaton St. Spader Hall Room 107 Morrisville, NY 13408 which are both also open to the public for in-person viewing. Only individuals pre-registered for this event may attend in person due to limited space. Open to the Public: This meeting will be open to the public. Due to space limitations at the meeting venue only a limited number of members of the public will be able to attend this meeting in person. Members of the public are encouraged, but not required to, pre-register if they wish to attend in person to facilitate easier check-in prior to the meeting. Registration is not required to view the livestreaming video link.

 Public Comment: Public comment will be allowed during a designated comment period as part of this meeting. Participating individuals should indicate their desire to participate in public comment when pre-registering and/or checking in prior to the meeting. Individuals must limit their remarks to two minutes and remarks should be related to specific agenda items. Additional comments may be submitted online using the public comment form below. Online submissions will be part of the official record of the meeting and be documented in the meeting minutes.  All online comments must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5th.
