Amber Waves Pasta Making Workshop with Amber Waves Wheat

Join us for a night of pasta making using our Amber Waves whole wheat flour. Prepare to get your hands dirty as we make our own pasta dough and learn the process of making various pasta shapes using different pasta devices. We will walk out to the fields to harvest some fresh herbs for our sauce and make a seasonal sauce and taste homemade fresh pasta all together.

Everyone will get to take home their homemade pasta, Amber Waves hand-milled flour, and taste their creation in a seasonal sauce. Light refreshments will be served. Please arrive on-time to make sure you can participate in the activity.

Date/ Time: Thursday, Oct. 26 @ 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Audience: Adults, for beginners but fun for all!

Cost: $75 per person

Location: In our outdoor classroom, we will go into the fields and harvest some herbs for our pasta sauce as well, so wear shoes you feel comfortable walking in.

*This ticket is non-refundable. If you cannot attend then please let us know so that we can open up the spot to someone else. Your cancelled tickets will be donated to support our community programming and our apprenticeship program at the farm.
